Me & My Chair: The No Excuses Workout is a DVD designed to help you get a great workout at home with your only equipment being a chair. This DVD is led and designed by celebrity trainer Dolvett Quince who happens to be one of the new trainers on the hit reality weight loss show Biggest Loser. Quince owns and operates the Body Sculptor Inc. Gym in Atlanta, Georgia and has trained several celebrities. He specializes in weight loss, cardio and strength training. The Me & My Chair workout DVD is a great solution for those that might want a good workout at home when they are short on time. This workout is 30 minutes long and is low impact with a high intensity. There are some nutrition tips included with the DVD along with encouragement and advice. No matter what your current fitness level, this DVD will cover you. There are both a beginner and an advanced workout on the Me & My Chair DVD.

The Me & My Chair workout DVD includes two different workouts for beginner and advanced levels. Each workout is 30 minutes long and the only piece of equipment needed is a regular chair. This workout focuses on toning and involves doing things like push-ups, one leg squats, stepping up on the chair and several other exercises. This video works for both men and women and although there is music, it does not drown out the cueing or instructions of Quince. sounds pretty cool. what type of chair, like a recliner? :) anything to make home workouts easy & intense sound cool to me.
