This collection contains four of Leslie's workouts: - The first one is The 1 Mile Get Up & Get Started. This video contains all the basics for a brisk walk and addresses proper form and posture. You will feel a burn in your legs, butt, and abs after doing this workout. - The second workout is The 2 Mile Brisk Walk. This workout lasts 30 minutes and helps your build endurance while also increasing your caloric burn. - The third workout is The 3 Mile Advanced Walk. This longer workout incorporates a resistant band - called the Stretchie - to take your workout to a new level. - The fourth workout is The 4 Mile Super Challenge. This workout is the longest and the highest-intensity workout. It targets every major muscle group in your body, which results in you burning more calories and trimming inches from your body while increasing your muscle mass.

If you want to start walking for exercise, this is a great way to get started. You can advance through the workouts, building up to the longer and more difficult ones as you go.
