I am healthy, 62 years old, 5'6", 158 lbs,
I work alot, not exercising right now, don't really eat bad, no sodas or chips, or fried foods, don't eat, due to work, skip meals often
I was thin most all of my life, size 8 to 10, I am a 12 now, would like to be slimmer
