Jillian Michaels has created a series of workout videos for beginners, and this video targets your entire frontside. During the 43-minute workout, you will do a series of circuit exercises that target your chest, shoulders, triceps, abdomen and quadriceps muscles. You'll be burning calories while also building muscles.

These videos are challenging and are appropriate for both beginners and intermediates. Like she does to the contests on The Biggest Loser, Jillian will push you to work out harder than you have before, which will also give you more prominent results in a shorter amount of time.

Like Jillian's other video, Jillian Michaels for Beginners: Backside, former Biggest Loser contestants make an appearance in this video and Jillian puts them through their paces.
