Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?

BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND

Jillian Michaels' Triple Process Body Detox & Cleanse plus Probiotic Replenishment is a weight loss supplement that promises to help you reduce belly bloat, get rid of harmful toxins and improves your digestion without the use of harsh laxatives or chemicals.

Developed by the fitness guru, Michaels recommends using this seven-day detox and cleanse product as a pre-dieting regimen in order to prepare your body for real weight loss.

The supplement also comes with a seven-day supply of probiotics which help to replace your intestinal tract with any good bacteria that may have been eliminated during the cleanse.

PROPRO
  • May temporarily improve digestion
  • Jillian Michaels is a respected name in weight loss
  • May experience minimal, temporary weight loss

CONCON
  • Weight loss is not actual fat loss
  • May cause tummy troubles
  • Research is scant that shows the proven effectiveness of detox and cleanses
  • May result in extreme water and electrolyte loss
  • Goes against much of Jillian Michaels' diet guidance and philosophy on how to lose weight
INGREDIENTSINGREDIENTS

The product contains Irish moss powder, ginger, dandelion root, buckthorn powder, garlic, butternut, uva ursi, yarrow, Chinese rhubarb, wild blueberry, grape, raspberry, cranberry, plump, tart cherry, wild bilberry, strawberry, lactobacillus sporogenes, fenugreek, fennel seed, and galactomannan.

ADMINISTRATIONADMINISTRATION

Two capsules are taken in the morning and two capsules are taken in the evening, both with a full glass of water.

DIET and EXERCISEDIET and EXERCISE

There are no accompanying diet or exercise guidelines to follow while using this product.

However, if you are looking for a more balanced, well-rounded approach to diet and fitness, try the Jillian Michaels plan online.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

Jillian Michaels' Detox & Cleanse is a seven-day detox regimen that promises to help you get rid of belly bloat while flushing out harmful toxins.

Since cleanses and detox diets seem to go against much of what this famous Biggest Loser trainer advocates, her newest line of meal replacement supplements may leave her fan base confused about what constitutes a healthy lifestyle program.

Nevertheless, if you are a fan of Jillian's and trust her expertise, do still make sure to run her detox and cleanse product by your doctor first before purchasing it.

I have never tried something this bad. I've tried other detox but none like this one. Instead of making me feel "leaner since the start" as they claim, it make me bloat like hell and I ended up gaining like 5 ponuds. I followed each and every suggestion, ate clean more fruits and drank more water and still got the worst results ever. Now I am using the probiotics, just to say I finished the program, and still bloated. I wonder if the fat burning and calorie reducer pills are the same.
I looked up to Jillian and I thought her program was going to be an excellent one but now I wonder if she is scam.

i'm coming up on my last couple of days of the detox and i feel AWESOME. i was kind of skeptical at first, but it was working for me within the first two days. i'm now down to the same size i was pre-holidys.

for those of you who it's constipating, bloting, etc...are you changing your lifestyle along with this, or areyou expecting a miracle?

First of all, usually clenses are NOT good for you because they also get rid of the good bacteria in your system. I was happy to see Jillian includes supplements to replace the good bacteria, which is why I want to try it.

This is marketed as PRE DIET cleanse, which means you aren't going to lose weight from doing JUST this. It's meant to get all the junk out of your system so your body is a clean slate for a real diet.

I am excited to try!

I am not sure if I like it yet or not. I am on my 3rd day and have not lost a single pound yet. However, what is weird is along with the stomach cramps, my period came unexpected even though it is not that time of the month. Has anyone else had this happen? Is this normal?

been using this product for 4 days now and it's doing absolutely nothing for be other than giving me some mild gas and make me constipated.i've actually gained a couple pounds. probably because i haven't pooped in 3 days!!!! i'm very surprised and disappointed with these results since it's my first cleanse. i purchased this specific one because it's the only one i could find that didn't have ingredients in it that i was allergic to, plus its jillian michaels. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I'm disapointed that she would use her name to make money
This goes against what she says on the show

With Jillian Michaels as the face of this product, I thought it would work alot better than it did. I felt very gassy and got alot of headaches. I stuck it out for the while time, but never felt like it did anything. I would not recommend this product to others looking to detox. Just my two cents.

I bought this product yesterday and just started it about 45minutes ago. I'm already feeling gassy. I hope the gas will stop once school starts, it'd be too embarrassing. Anyway. I will make another post around the evening. Question though. What am I supposed to eat?

I am really disappointed. I watch Biggest Loser and felt the trainers really care, that is why I bought the Cleanse and Fat Burner that uses Jillian Michaels name. I didnt think they would allow their names to be used on a product that doesnt work. This has unfortunately made me think less of Jillian as it now appears she is just like many others and it is all about the money. How incredibly disappointing.

I guess it is working since I am peeing 10 times a day and sweating at night while sleeping, but my belly is still a bit bloated. I am on day 5, and have cut out all starches, alcohol, sugars, etc, and yet don't feel like I have lost weight, although I am not one to use a scale. Overall, I guess it's alright since my kidneys seemed to have gotten a "wash" but it's not like what I expected.

I started taking the two pills last night and then took two pills this morning. So far so good. I am kinda gassy but thats ok. I will be going to the gym tonight when my husband gets off work and will continue to do so, This is the first cleanse I have ever tried so we will see!

I agree with one of the previous comments....why do people have to be rude here. We ALL know what we need to do to lose weight and unfortunately in this society, every one is looking for the easy way out. As stated on the box it is NOT a "weight loss" product. It is only designed to "detox and cleanse" which works very well. And if you read the instructions and it says to take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening and you look at the packages....you kinda can figure it out. 2 packages for week 1 and the other package is for week 2 and the bottle is self explanatory. Anyway, I'm on day 3 of the products and so far it's working like a charm. Thanks Jillian! Look forward to working on your website as well!

I am on day 5 of this program and I feel like its really working. Anytime you go on a cleanse, your body is releasing the toxins so it is normal for you to feel crappy; gassy, fatigued, headaches. I have been really tired and I am listening to my body and resting alot more. I started this after the holidays to jumpstart my New Years Resolutions. I am not expecting to lose weight but was looking forward to the reduced bloat and increased energy. I think the program delivers on its promises.

I am on day 4 of the cleanse and I feel really good. I have not excercised, but have drank the water and it really keeps my cravings under control. I am having a little pain in my stomach, but once I go to the bathroom (which is about 6 times a day now) I feel great. Just drink plenty of water. I feel energized and "clean". I was not looking to lose weight, but have dropped a few pounds of what I would call "waste". Try it!

I took the produt for 3 days but stopped because Ive had hives since taking them...Im not sure if the two are related or not, but Im not going to chance takign them again since I was miserable. Although, in the 3 days I did take them it did what it said it would and I believe it would have been a great product. I thinks its funny that people are trying to lose weight with it...its really just to eliminate excess waste in your body...which sometimes can reduce your body weight. You bloaters should cut down on your protien intake lol. Anyways, I cant say it works or doesnt, but it was doing fine for me I am mad that my body reacted the way it did, but that is my body's fault not the product. Everybody is different....One last thing...you are supposed to drink alot of water...those who say it made you gain weight should nix McDonalds lol

You people are funny. I think someone else said it also - No 2 people are the same. If you regularly have 4 BM a day and now have 2 - guess what the Detox is working!!! For the people who are now having 4 BM a day - guess what - the detox is working. Read what it says on the box again. Geez how do you all see how your liver is being affected - please let me know so I can see too. I am on day 1 and my may goal is to get rid of some of the waste from the holiday's!

Today is day 3 of the cleanse. I took my 6th dose this evening. I ran 5 miles Saturday, swam for an hour Sunday, and have limited my calorie intake to 1500 calories. I haven't had a bowel movement since starting the cleanse - absolutely NOTHING has changed and I have lost no weight or feel any differently. I'll give it 2 more days and see how I feel Wednesday. So far, it has just been a waste of money.
