Jillian Michaels has created a new fitness system that rivals popular choices like P90X and Insanity called Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. This new system will allow you to get into the best shape of your life and includes a total of 15 different DVDs with three focusing on cardio and 12 on metabolic training. Metabolic training is a phrase that Jillian coined where you do quick workouts without any rest in between. Jillian Michaels Body Revolution includes an extensive nutrition plan that has meals and recipes for 90 days. Jillian has always spoken about the importance of incorporating a healthy diet and consistent workouts to lose weight and keep it off. There are healthy cooking tips included with the nutrition plan along with some swaps so that you can create your own menus. The nutrition plan booklet that comes with the program is 72 pages long and tells you everything you need to know about eating for weight loss.

This generally occurs when, to obtain relief from the irritating noises, a person plays a device such as a radio or TV set to divert their attention. Chininum sulphuricum is also used if ones hearing is also being impaired by the tinnitus. Lots of people with tinnitus have tried this and so far had success in sleeping at night.

Jillian Michaels cannot compete with p90x or insanity...her programs use the same moves over and over plus she doesn't care to market to men so she will never be the best. She is a lot of hype and an inflated ego created by people being dumb enough to believe she is god.

It's a greater workout. For 30 minutes I get a great burn even though I have a relatively good level of fitness. It's easy to amp up the intensity (especially after phase 1) I think these DVDs have the best cast Jillian has ever used before. She's very interactive with them and the workout is actually kind of fun. 30 minutes is also very reasonable and doable.

I ordered Jillian Michaels Body Revolution on 6/20/2012 (8:30 a.m.) Called on 6/22/2012 to see about e-mail (still nothing not even tracking) told my item shipped and promised tracking e-mail. finally got tracking e-mail on 6/23/2012. Item should arrive on 6/27/2012. I called in time on infomercial to get upgraded to express shipping so this will take 7 days for me to get? Without express it's 7 to 10 days so what is the point? No customer service skills and they are full of crap!
