I just started this today. i made it through the whole work out. It kicked my butt but I like this work out. I hope to see results soon. Yesterday I finished the 30 day shred and I lost 8 pounds doing 30 day shred. I hope to lose much more weight on this work out...=)

OMG....kick butt workout! I've been doing it for a week and can not believe the changes already. All you need is motivation and be unwilling to give up. It's addicting! I feel stronger and the results keep me going!

Im 32 5.4 and 137 pounds. i recently had a baby and its been hard for me to lose the weight, untill i got jillians workout video banish fat! I wish i could meet her and give her a big hug. Ive gone from a size 10 to 8 in 2 months! Dont have long to go now to reach my goal of 125 pounds. Thank you!

I have only been doing this video for 4 days now, but I definately like this video. It is hard for me to complete all of the jumps, because i live in an upstairs apartment, but i can do most of them. Who cares if it is during the day right? I feel like i have lost weight and I enjoy getting out of breath but not feeling like i want to die.

I LOVE this workout. I have been doing the workout for 5 days and have lost 6 lbs. and can't believe how much my body shape is changing already. This workout will kick your butt - you will need determination to get through it - but it's worth it! I won't be able to fit it into my day tomorrow and I'm disappointed! I've never been so exctied about a workout video as I am with this one.

I am always up and down with my weight, losing motivation when I see little results.... until now. It is easy to stay motivated with this workout because the results come so quickly! I have been doing this workout for 6 days a week for only 2 weeks and already I am losing inches! I think I found a keeper! Thanks, Jillian!

Its just awesome! Hard but she changes the workout fast enough not to get bored of it.... its great and I can see and feel a difference in only a few weeks.... jump work can be challenging but its soooo worth the discomfort!

I've been using this DVD for 4 months, off and on in collaboration with my other workouts. I'm a heavy person, and I can't get through the whole thing without breaks or alterations--but I still LOVE it! It gets my heartrate WAY up and makes me sweat like a pig. After 4 months, I'm still not bored with it and everytime I do it I can do a little more. Jillian's a little tough-but you can always mute the t.v.!

I've used it and its definitely a complete workout. Some of the circuits are too intense for me though. Hoping to someday be able to zip thru all the levels and circuits.
