Shelf-stable Jenny Craig meals are delivered to your door and you supplement these dishes with your own store-bought fresh produce and low-fat dairy.

You will develop your own daily calorie allotment with your Jenny Craig counselor. This daily amount takes into account your age, gender, current weight, height and activity level. The lowest calorie diet on the Jenny Craig program is 1,200 calories a day.EXERCISE
Exercise is a key component of the Jenny Craig at Home program. You will work with your Jenny Craig counselor to develop a personalized fitness routine that meets you where your physical abilities are currently at and builds from there.
