One of the "cons" listed above is incorrect. Jazzercise is definitely NOT limited only to women. We have men in our classes and some locations have male instructors! Jazzercise is great for anyone who likes to have fun while working out and is simple to pick up. You just "follow the leader"; you don't have to memorize any steps or movements!
