Grace Somatomorphic Technique as known as GST was founded by Anne Rahe. Anne Rahe created GST after enduring pain from injuries due to years of dancing. GST's studio is located in Los Angeles, California.

There are four different types of class GST's studio offers. Those practicing GST can choose to attend a class with equipment that helps leverages the body during class. Or participants can choose to attend a class without leverages. GST has three main components, which are Somatiques, Calescenics, and Somedics. Somatiques changes how you exercise. Calescenics uses leverages like those used in pilates to transform the body's form and function. Somedics reeducates the body for permanent change and healing. GST focuses on reshaping and healing the body after injuries with the connective tissue in the body.
