Fitness expert Suzanne Bowen has helped train some of the most beautiful female bodies in country music and southern charm, like Naomi Judd and Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild. Now her workout DVD, Gorgeous Core, promises to target the deepest layers of your core for a flat belly and a strong, toned midsection.
