GNC Energy Vitapak
Get your energy and your health with mini vitamin packs.
GNC is one of the most recognizable names when it comes to supplements. Not only do they know vitamins well but they know how difficult it can be to open countless bottles of them just to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. In order to save some room in your kitchen, GNC has created vitapaks, convenient single-use packages of 4-6 capsules that give you all the vitamins and nutrients you need without the numerous bottles.
One such vitapak is their propriety GNC Energy Vitapak, a multivitamin that also contains energy and metabolic enhancers like gingko biloba. The Vitapakc contains three specific supplements: a mulivitamin, an energy enhancer and a gingko biloba capsule.
GNC Energy Vitapak comes in both a men's and a women's formula, both of which are intended to deliver you the nutrients that you need to stay healthy, alert and focused. GNC Energy Vitapaks can be purchased online or at a GNC store.

I started the energy vitapaks about 3 days ago because after lunch I would get really tired at work. Then after running errands I had no energy once I got home to do my homework for college. The sales guy at GNC was very helpful but did try to sell me the more expensive vitapak over this one. I decided to try this one though.
The first day I felt pretty jittery but I always react strange to new meds or pills. The next day instead of taking all the vitamins at once I took 2 at breakfast & took only 1 of the multi's at lunch. That didn't make me feel sick or flighty at all.
Today I decided to take the extra multi with my afternoon snack so I'll see how that does. Hopefully it will give me some energy for the night so I can knock my History exam out. :) I'd say give this product a try before you buy more expensive products. It's definitely better for you & cheaper than Red Bull.
