EXERCISE

Exercise is indeed an important part of the Feed Your Brain, Lose Your Belly program. For those that have not exercised in a while, you are encouraged to start slow to avoid injury and stay motivated. Finding an exercise buddy to help keep you responsible and on track is also highly recommended. There are three types of activity that you complete on the program including walking, weight training, and balance and coordination. You are to walk three times per week for 30 to 50 minutes. Resistance training is to be done twice per week for 20 to 30 minutes and about 10 minutes of balance and agility activities are done several times per week whenever time allows.
