BACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

Eat Naked is a book written by Margaret Floyd that embraces eating unprocessed and unpolluted foods. This book also encourages healthier eating for a sexier body. Many of the foods currently available are highly processed and include all types of harmful ingredients. By simply removing these types of processed foods from your diet and replacing them with fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats, you can see major health benefits. Eat Naked takes you back to the way of eating that was the norm not so long ago. Prior to the agricultural boom, all animals were wild caught and raised organically. Eat Naked takes you back to that style of eating. You will be enjoying organic foods that are locally grown, and eliminating processed items from your diet. You won’t have to count calories or sacrifice flavor while eating this way. You will simply be enjoying flavorful naked foods. DIET and NUTRITION

Eat Nakednot only focuses on the way you eat, it also tells you the benefits and when not to eat naked. Floyd encourages you to follow the 80:20 rule which means you make sure 80 percent of your food is naked and don’t worry about it 20 percent of the time. The important part of this is that you are feeding your body the proper foods a majority of the time. She also encourages you to enjoy a treat if you splurge. She believes there is no point in having that decadent dessert you may crave if you make yourself feel guilty the entire time you’re eating it. There are several recipes in the book to help you with meal ideas. There are chapters for each of the different kinds of naked foods available including produce, meat, dairy and eggs, fish and fats. Floyd teaches you the basics of eating naked, how to shop for naked foods and how to cook them through her recipes. Everything you need to know about changing your eating to the naked style is included in this book. Some of the recipes you will find within are:
