The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook, written by Tosca Reno, is a cookbook filled with great tasting recipes that will help keep your body lean and clean.

Reno is a health and fitness expert who also loves to cook. Her cookbook includes more than 150 photos and recipes of low-fat beef, pork, chicken and fish dinner ideas. There are also meals that are gluten-free as well as time-saving one-dish meals.

This cookbook goes along with the Eat-Clean Diet , by focusing on making dishes that foster Reno's clean-eating plan. I decided to grab this cookbook since i was following the Eat-Clean lifestyle anyway, and I couldn't be happier! I try to make at least 2 recipes per week and so far everything i have made has turned out incredible and tastes delicious. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to eat healthier and lose/ maintain a healthy weight. Tosca includes something for everyone to enjoy, from breakfast dishes, sauces & spreads, and one-dish easy meals (my favourite!) to yummy desserts! The info. pages and tips are a huge bonus as well.
