There are hundreds of Denise Austin clips on YouTube. The comment section is fantastic with all of the sexually explicit things that people would like to do with her. In some Washington DC newspaper story, someone asked Denise in April of 2007 if she knew she was the object of so much lust on YouTube. She said she was not aware. “Now I’m worried!" she reportedly said with a giggle. "I went to YouTube to see that autistic kid playing basketball in New York. That was wonderful. I got her cd's and workout at home 4 times a week It used to be 2 times a week but,since there effective and fun and she is a mom..she looks good for having kids..she helped me get back into shape after having my 1st child so,I am doing it again for 2nd child.

and I am taking zantrax3 for a kickstart faster weight loss and eating healthy and tons of water.

I work out every morning for 30 min with Denise Austin's show on ESPN and it really does work! I tivo every episode and do her workout before I start my day! Great results and she is a great motivator for us 40+ women! Thanks Denise!!

Denise Austin is the best fitness instructor in the industry. I have been working out with her 5 days a week ever since her show Getting Fit with with Denise Austin on ESPN. I also follow her eating plan from her great books. I am 44 years old and I have also had 2 children like her. I look and feel so great! Thank you Denise! I could not have have done it without you.

Denise Austin is really the real deal!Take just a little time on her website and educate yourself on nutrition and fitness.Excercise a least 5 days a week and anyone really can get results.Just GO FOR IT!

I have used alot of the exercise tapes out there and I finally found Denise Austin. I tivo her show every day and every day targets a different area and keeps me from being bored. I love her helpful hints as we work out. They're not too hard and I do see results.

I started watching Denise on TV over a year ago and have been stuck ever since. She gets the whole body and at the end you feel so fulfilled. Never thought I could get so much out of a exercise program on TV. I would love to see her on the week ends
