Bridal Bootcamp

Brides look great for your wedding day with a no-nonsense diet and fitness plan.

BACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

Most brides-to-be are just as busy planning their weddings as they are dieting for their big day. Rather than playing with diets that may or may not be effective, Bridal Bootcamp is a step-by-step program that whips you into shape, builds lean muscle, burns fat and gives you the tools you need to incorporate these healthy lifestyle behaviors into your life for good.

Whether you have a few months or a few weeks before your wedding, Bridal Bootcamp has a plan for you. A six-month, four-month or four-week program are offered in the book that include diet, exercise and supplement recommendations.

Weight loss will vary according to which plan you select and how long you adhere to it. Bridal Bootcamp can be followed in its book or online form and Bridal Bootcamp exercise classes can now be found in gyms and fitness studios across the country.

DIET and NUTRITION

As you begin the Bridal Bootcamp program, you'll determine how many calories to eat during a typical day and how many calories you'll need to eat to lose weight.

Bridal Bootcamp offers a 1900, 1500, or 1300 calorie diet plan that you can follow and outline four food groups that you'll be subsisting on. You are instructed to follow a 50/30/20 ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fat respectively.

The diet entails eating five small meals a day with a careful balance of whole grain breads and cereals, lean meats like chicken and fish, and dietary fats like yogurt.

EXERCISE

Bridal Bootcamp is not for the gym-weary. Instead, it is a military-style fitness program in which brides-to-be train in a hard-core yet encouraging setting. The exercise program outlined online or in the book builds stamina and increases your strength and self-esteem. You'll be expected to workout rigorously three to four days a week for one hour at a time.

CONCLUSION

Bridal Bootcamp is an effective but tough program for helping you look great for your wedding day. Created by hardcore fitness trainer Cynthia Conde, this diet gives a complete nutrition and exercise routine to follow based upon your weight loss deadline.

Even though it features tough workouts and a strict diet, Bridal Bootcamp will give you results if you're willing to put in the effort. Keep in mind too that you don't have to be a bride to follow this effective weight loss plan.

Jamie

It is really hard at first if you are doing the one month program, but after day 4 I could already tell it was working. I wasnt as winded. By 2 weeks in I was still into it and with the variety of exercises its easy to change it up. It makes you feel better everyday you complete a workout!
