This DVD features creator Tracey Mallett who is an international fitness expert and the creator of the Booty Barre series.

The only pieces of equipment you will need for this workout are a set of light dumbbells, a small ball, a durable chair and a mat. There is a person that does modifications throughout the DVD for those who may be unfamiliar with the workout.

The equipment you will use for the barre workouts is a simple, sturdy chair. You will also need a mat, some light dumbbells and a ball. This workout is not one that is focused on cardio, but on toning. Although you may not reach your target heart rate, you will be working several muscle groups to tone and sculpt your body. This video works. I'm sore in places that I didn't know could get sore! Loving it. Can't wait until I can do the "F U L L " 80 minutes and no breaks between!
