Body By Bethenny is Real Housewives of New York, Bethenny Frankel's first fitness DVD. Adding to her mini empire of diet books and products, is Frankel's own workout routine, which she developed into an at-home fitness DVD.
The video features yoga instructor, Kristin McGee and features moves familiar to those that have taken yoga. The routine featured in this video is done at a brisk pace and also includes a short weight training section. There is also a five- minute booty blast section that will help give your buns definition. As a bonus to this DVD, some of Bethenny’s recipes are included.
Frankel's post-pregnancy weight loss was a hot media topic as she returned to her pre-baby body within just 8 weeks of giving birth. While many speculated that she resorted to extreme diet measures to reclaim her body, Frankel firmly attested to relying on nothing but not gaining too much weight during pregnancy, breast-feeding and watching calories post-partum.
