Reality TV star and author Bethenny Frankel is debuting her fitness DVD, Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Workout on September 12 exclusively at Target and Target.com. Other retailers will begin carrying the DVD in December. Bethenny is known as Skinnygirl from her bestselling books and other products bearing the Skinnygirl name. Through her past books and TV shows, Bethenny finds people constantly asking her how she stays in shape. Bethenny stays in shape through yoga routines like the ones on this DVD. This yoga DVD serves as a follow up to her previous DVD Body by Bethenny.

Skinnygirl Workout features three different yoga workouts. Two of the workouts featured are 15 minutes long and the other is 20 minutes long. This is for those that have hectic schedules and may not always be able to commit the same amount of time to a workout. The yoga segments on this DVD will work your entire body. Within the DVD, Bethenny performs all of the moves along with instructor Mike McArdie. Bethenny’s fitness philosophy is one that uses real sustainable fitness plans rather than expensive trainers that might yell. There is a bonus stretching segment included on the DVD as well as a recipe booklet with recipes from Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Dish book.
