The Bender Ball is a small stability ball that you place on your lower back while you are lying on the ground. With regular sit-ups you can only move forward, but with the the stabilizing method of the Bender Ball you'll be able to move front, back and side-to-side targeting your large abdominal muscles as well as the hard to reach ones.

The product claims to give your core a workout that's up to 408% more effective than ordinary crunches. The product also comes with an instructional DVD with sample exercises.
