Belly dancing is a fun way to get in some cardiovascular exercise while toning your core and trimming inches from your body. This video is taught by Leila of Egypt, a world-renowned Egyptian belly dancer.

Belly Dance for Beginners is divided into three sections. The first section focuses on the fundamentals of belly dancing, such as posture and arm movements. The second section incorporates the Egyptian walk, shimmies and circles. This seems like a fun way to exercise! I love belly dancing but i kind of suck at it. Looking for something to teach me the basics. Is this good for that?
