Just Walk; Belly Blasting Walk was created by fitness expert, Leslie Sansone. Sansone has been in the fitness industry for more than 25 years where she's been teaching people of all ages how to live a healthy and fit lifestyle through her number one walking program in the world.

Some of the things on her resume include; a contributing editor to multiple magazines and websites, producing home workout DVDs, time contribution to health organizations such as the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, American Diabetic Association and MDA.

Sansone has eight certifications including the prestigious American College of Sports medicine and Cooper Institute: Group Exercise Lead, and she's also served on the Leadership Council for IDEA.

EXERCISE

Right off the bat you'll be starting off with a two-mile walk. According to Leslie, you'll be able know how far you've gone if you're able to keep up with the pace of the music. During your two-mile walk you'll also incorporate other movements such as stepping, tapping, jumping, hoping, dipping, squatting and dancing. Simple upper body movements are also incorporated to get the whole body moving.

After the two-mile walk (which lasts about 30 minutes), you'll switch gears and move into a core workout. All you'll need for this is some space on the floor for a floor mat. This floor session targets your midsection and focuses on toning, tightening and leaning. Some exercises you can expect to do here include; leg kicks, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, supermans, push-ups on the knees, planks and more beginner body weight movements.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, Leslie Sansone's Belly Blasting Walk is a great workout DVD for beginners or for those trying to get back into the fitness scene. Though the main focus is on walking and burning calories, you'll also experience other movements that will help stretch and grow your muscles, resulting in even more calories burned.

Love this, have lost 30 ponds at two different times for a total of 60 pounds over the last 5years. I use this in the winter months and water walking and swimming in the summer months! Easy for those of us who are not the athletic type.. I don't feel comfortable in a gym!
