Xengevity is a meal-delivery plan that promotes wellness, health and of course, longevity of life. Once you subscribe to this meal plan, you can enroll others in the Xengevity meal-delivery process and receive discounts on your own weekly meal programs. It's a fun way to earn money while enjoying their nutritious meals yourself.
The mission behind Xengevity is to integrate health and nutrition into everything you do in life. The healthy meal program is designed to boost energy, increase endurance, revitalize your appearance, eliminate desperate dieting, and provide financial opportunity and value.
You can expect to lose 2-3 pounds per week on any of the Xengevity meal plans.
Meals are delivered weekly and include breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of the meals are low in fat, low in sodium and low in cholesterol. All meals adhere to the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association.

FOOD and FOOD DELIVERY
There are a variety different meal plans to choose from: Low Carb, Women's, Men's, Low Fat, and Vegetarian. The vegetarian meal plans contain 1,200 or 1,600 calories per day. You decide which caloric measure you want to receive. You can also choose to receive 5 days worth of meals or 7 days.
Each week, your food for the week is delivered to your home. The food comes frozen and you are required to keep it frozen until you're ready to eat it. Simply heat up the meals for a few minutes and enjoy.
Some of the food choices include, waffles with peach syrup, baked salmon, tomato pesto meltover, sesame noodle salad, omelets, quiche and many more selections. There are four weeks of menus for each meal plan. If you have a food restriction like a seafood or peanut allergy, let a Xengevity representative know and that a particular item will be substituted.
EXERCISE
You are encouraged to exercise 30 minutes a day while on the Xengevity eating program. The premise behind the Xengevity mission is a comprehensive approach to health including food, exercise and finances. Therefore, even though an exercise routine is not spelled out for you, you are supposed to exercise regularly in order to gain the most results from this program.
Xengevity has three fitness experts, and you're encouraged to contact them to have questions answered.
