Jackie Warner is the fabulous Beverly Hills personal trainer, around whom the Bravo hit reality series "Work Out" is based. She is also the owner of the Sky Sport Spa, an exclusive Beverly Hills gym. In the series, Jackie's personal and professional life are shared against the back drop of her gym and its intense weight loss retreat Sky Lab. The retreat takes a group of individuals looking to overcome emotional barriers to achieve weight loss for one week to train with Jackie and her trainers.
During season 3 of Work Out, Jackie worked on developing her first fitness DVD. She wanted it to be reflective of her personality and training style. The DVD promises an intense training session that she hopes shows people exactly what it's like to train with the $400/hour fitness guru. For fans of the TV show, you'll find some of your favorite Sky Sport Spa trainers as well. Jackie is supported by Agostina, Rebecca, Renessa and Jesse.

If you're looking for a full-body workout that is adequately intense- then Jackie Warner's Work Out DVD is just what you need. Her personality shines and she carefully demonstrates each activity- explaining how to do it, why you're doing it and exactly what the benefits are.
The program is broken into three key segments- Upper Body, Lower Body and Core Strengthening. Jackie is a huge proponent of toning and maintaining the strength of your core- as so much of your overall fitness derives from this area.
Within each of the three sections, she walks you through a workout with each activity lasting only one minute. By doing these reps, you don't tire too quickly and really optimize your workout.
Upper Body Here are a few of the exercises you'll do, each for one minute, following a brief warm-up
- Bent Over Rows for the back
- Rear Delt Fly for the delts
- Cardio through Jumping Jacks and the Ski Bunny
- Modified PushUp for the chest
- Hammer Curl for biceps
Lower Body After a warm-up including squats and lunges, you'll do one minute each of the following, along with several other exercises.
- Sumo Squat
- Diagonal Lunges
- Three Quarter Kick
Core You'll learn both beginner and advanced approaches to many of these exercises. Again, one minute each of the following, with many others as well.
- Half Burpees
