Reach Your Goal is very easy to use, and the Food Diary is helpful, with the ability to create 'custom' entries of foods you eat frequently.

wow. these meals are great and you eat often. I didn't get hungry and I really enjoyed this program and reaching my goal was much easier with the help of self.

Self reach your goal is a more stringent plan, but with flexibility. This plan has the approach that you've got a goal to reach, and helps you get there.
