DIET and NUTRITION

While using The Purple Diet you will not be able to consume any other food or beverage. You'll have two eight-ounce servings of the juice in one day and eight glasses of water. The juice is made from pasteurized fruit juice and mixes with an eight ounce glass of water.

Okay what Lydia siad is untrue, you can not burn 5000 calories in even a week and if you burn too much more than you eat then your body will go into a shock and start storing fat. 15 year olds wouldn't know things like this. This diet really should work if you don't just depend on it but work out and eat smart. I'm a personal trainer and really feel this is a good diet to try.

okay...i have run into this diet many a time. it is BS! there is no magical secret only celebritys know to help you lose weight! they have personal trainers that tell them what to eat how much to eat when to eat it and they follow them around day after day telling them what to do! if you can aford this, great, but the majority of middle class america can not aford this....look....buy a padometer and make it your best friend...count your calories out and in...if the padometer tells you that you have burned 5000 calories, and you only ate 2000 calories.....guess what?...YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! try it, its like freaking magic people...im only 15 and i am telling you this....i bet most of you are around....oh late 30s and up....just try what i suggest...and it will work....and if you dont beleive me...ask any doctor in the world...of just consult the logical side of you....and you will see the light
