DIET and NUTRITION
The basis of the NutriSystem Advanced Silver Program is what you eat. Created to meet the nutritional requirements for senior men and women, each NutriSystem Silver meal contains proper amounts of good carbohydrates, fats, proteins, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. On the program you are allowed to eat six times a day. Even though your meals are delivered to you, you will also shop for extra fruit, vegetables and dairy items and eat them according to your plan's requirements.
EXERCISE

Since I have boxes left from the one time I did try Nutrisystem, pretty sure I won't try this one.
