The Isagenix website addresses exercise only in passing on their FAQ page. When you view the specific instructions for the programs, they give you just general advice - to get at least 20 minutes of daily exercise.
CONCLUSION
By all accounts, Isagenix products pack a powerful nutritional punch. It helps their credibility when you see a professional body builder and a Kung Fu champion as a couple of their success stories. That said, the products come at a steep price. One way of countering that cost is by becoming an authorized Isagenix sales rep. But you need to be open and willing to be involved in a business that uses multi-level marketing techniques, something that not all people are very crazy about.

This is a life changer... i am a professional athlete, in good shape and work out rigourouly everyday. My energy has never been very good no matter what i eat/ drink. I was turned onto this product by a friend, went to the website and listened to the testemonials from world class athletes. So, i decided to give it a try.. WOW!! very impressed. I have a shake a day (mornings) and cleanse once a week. I maintain the same weight and have way more energy than before. I suggested this to my father who is overweight and struggled with this his whole life. He has lost about 48 lbs in 4 months (2 shakes a day/ plus monderate other meal), we cleanse once a week together (definately easier) and he walks about 4miles 3 days a week. Anyways, it is the first nutritional cleanse/ supplement/ meal replacement program that i have seen for both fit and unfit people.

This is not healthy. I did it and gained the weight back as soon as I was done because your metabolism slows down so much to compensate for the lack of calories you consume a day.
My mom is in her fifties, and was a bit heavier than she should have been. Since she works full time and had surgery a few years back, she doesn't have the time or opportunity to exercise. So, she tried Isagenix.. and surprisingly, it really works. I thought it must have been a scam at first, but she's lost more than 30 pounds and keeping it off. She isn't even following the 9-day and 30-day plans strictly! Though I can't say I'd be willing to risk the food I love for the milkshakes (I don't quite like the smell or taste of it, though my mom loves it), it does work, and I can attest to that.
Hey everyone. I was very skeptical hearing you can lose 20 lbs in a month on the 30 day program. Well I tried it, my friends father is pretty high up and actually had the CEO (forget his name) come to Seton Hall to give a speech how to make money and lose weight. Well I tried it. I started out I was 200lbs. 30 days later I weighed 172. I exercised for about 45 minutes to an hour a day in that span. I was shocked. No joke all my friends and family were like that's incredible you lost that weight so quickly, and in a healthy manner. Well I am a lazy a*** and throughout the winter ate everything and anything, I was at 195 couple weeks ago. I am getting into summer mode and want to drop weight. So I watched what I ate and lost about 5 lbs on my own. I am starting another 30 day cycle of this tomorrow (Monday) and I will report back in 30 days. Currently I am at 191.4.
Isagenix definitely helped me keep losing weight. I had been exercising regularly and lost weight but then plateaued quickly.

Cost-wise, i agree that you need to consider how much money you are saving by replacing the meals. At $10/day you are replacing 2 meals. If you eat out enough, that's probably a savings, but otherwise it's a bit pricey.
Like anything else, it's important to work on the maintenance plan after the weight is lost.

I'm curious My Mom just told me about a couple who tried for seven years to have a Baby, even spent the $10,000 their life saving on invitro fertilaztion without succuss later both went on the go isagenix cleans and now miraculusly they're pregnant !!! WOW Has anyone else heard any stories like this?
I bought a 30 day with extra cleanse and did back-to-back 9 days. I reordered and did 2 more, spaced out. In between cleanses I followed weight watchers guidelines. I am not done yet, although I am no longer plus size, but have lost about 50 pounds. This is not a cure, it is a way to get your body back on track. I feel better when I cleanse and could see myself doing a 9 day every 6 months just to keep my body healthy.
As for the cost, and I am not rich, I found that it really covered itself with the meal replacements and the restaurant meals I wasn't eating.
As you can see, I am a fan!!!
I took off 20 lbs. with Isagenix and have kept 15 off for 2 years now. I love it! It helped me to get my system running better. Stopped my constant headaches. The only problem is the cost - it can set you back quite a bit. I did it steady for about 6 months to loose the 20 lbs. But it was totally worth it.
Not only has Isagenix improved my health in ways like having more energy, better focus, more determination and optimism, but since being introduced to the Isagenix Nutritional Cleansing and Replenishing program, I have gone from a tight size 16 to a fabulous fitting size 6 in a matter of months. Now I teach other people how to do the same.
