FOOD & RECIPE
Each dieter will consume anywhere from 1,300 to 1,600 calories, based on body type and exercise routine. The key is in controlling portion size, so meals will look similar to what you were eating before. You could enjoy a breakfast favorite like silver dollar pancakes with a little syrup, a few strawberries and a cup of low- or no-fat milk. For lunch you would have a veggie wrap, salad greens with a no-fat dressing and a small side of melon. You could wrap up the day with comfort food like a 1” slice of meatloaf, egg noodles and zucchini.

You make one change a week with this program, and exercise comes all the way down at week 10! The site comes with an Activity Calorie Calculator that gives you a list of activities to chose from then shows you the calories you will burn.
