BACKGROUND
It's the hit single all the DJs are promoting. Except it's not a #1 hit, it's a weight loss solution. Body Solutions Evening Weight Loss Formula is being hyped by more than 600 DJs across America. They say they were able to lose weight while catching their Z’s. No special diet, no exercise. They just drink Body Solutions - which includes collagen protein and aloe vera - before bed and a few hours prior to a meal. The two active ingredients claim to increase lean muscle and burn fat.
However, for what would seem like a lot of positive, the Body Solutions maker is being charged by the FTC for false and unsubstantiated claims. The product suggests that you can enjoy lasting weight loss even with a lifestyle void of exercise and a poor diet including fattening, calorie-ridden foods like pizza, tacos and beer.

Meredith: Ha! That's funny! I agree- people already living like (like me) are lookingfor a solution. Plus, it sounds like they're already in trouble for lieing about the product.
P-Ride: Sounds absurd! Change nothing and drink juice? Is anyone trying this?
Jack_w: I must say that I do eat pizza a lot but only a slice and make sure it is loaded with vegetables. I don't think it is a great diet but it is easy and quick and with the right toppings has decent nutritional value.
SIS: I have tried this and it worked. I have had another baby since then and I am trying to find out where I can get more and I haven't found anything.
Val: I have tried this and it does work, for years i couldnt lose weight till one day i said to myself...let me try it out, it can't hurt...well to my surprise i had lost 20lbs in a matter of 3 months. I didnt even have to work out and i was able to anything i liked. I am now looking to buy more of the product. ''IT WORKS"!! I wouldn't lie. I recommend it if your looking to lose the weight.
ells: i tried it as well and it worked!!! It helped me loose 20 lbs...either i dreamed it helped me loose weight and it did. Well, I am looking to buy more. Tear. So sad with what is going on with it.
Rick: I lived in San Antonio while this snake oil was being peddled. Used to be called Body Shapers, then Body Solutions. Toward the end, they amended their comments to say a person had to get some exercise and eat sensibly. Some of the DJs in San Antonio who pitched this crap looked like they were in great shape already. A friend of mine, who had a radio show there at the time, was offered a luxury vacation for he and his wife if he'd pitch the stuff. He passed.
Sherkera: No gimic!!!!! This really works. I heard a NY radio Host Ms. Jones, promote it a few years back. I brought it and sure thang I lost 25pds. well now i just had a baby and am looking for more. .
