(Page 1 of 1)The diet is very healthy and has helped me push past a very stubborn plateau and get into a healthy weight range.
Fantastic program really works in a snesiblew way..lost 65 lbs in one year!
if it's so good, why is Oprah still a fat
I love the diet, but the web site has numerous problems and no one EVER responds when you email for help! I cancelled today!
I love the recipes bob greene has on his site. It's like an endless resource
I've followed Bob on Oprah for years now. When he presented Best life I got started right away. I really love it and I'm really seeing results that I want! All of the best life foods at the store make it really easy to make good choices.
Smart. Simple. Works. Good enough for me.
I recently saw Bob Greene on Oprah promoting the Best Life diet ever. One woman had only lost 5 pounds in 14 weeks, that seems pretty low to me, is the typical weight lost higher than that?
Bob Green is awesome what an inspiration I like his no sympathy approach to dieting get fit or take a hike
aweful. If the food is supposed to be so healthy, why is it promoting food with high fructose corn syrup?!
I was annoyed to have to pay for anything other than the barebones. Oprah's ridiculously wealthy. Can't she supplement this and make it more affordable?
Yoplait Yogurt-tasty, but FULL of high-fructose corn syrup. Not a good thing.
