how much does the 5 factor diet cost?? I haven't seen anyone mention what the total cost of it is. Im on a budget.

The book is very easy to follow, so there's no need to follow an online version. Recipes are great if you're a time-starved single person, as they are FAST and only make a couple servings. Problem is, if you're a foodie, these recipes are BLAND, BLAND, BLAND. They all need some serious extra spices. All in all though, good jumping off point for healthy meal ideas if you already know well the fundamentals of weight loss.

This has been a great experience so far. I have had great results and it has been fairly easy to adjust. I needed to make a lifestyle change and it teaches you to eat healthy. Initially the cheat day was great and I looked forward to it. Now I find myself wanting to eat healthier on that day as well. There has been one very noticable change that is embarrasing- gas. I have bad gas all the time and don't know what to do about it. I assume it is all the fiber, but would like to know what I can do.

That Diet is so logical, its increasing your metabolism and make you lose pounds like you will never believe. I gained weight... but I lost 8% of fat... the gain was muscles... The hormones stabilizing after 15 days


Be sure this diet looks right for you. If you cancel, even within the 3 days normally allowed by law, they will keep a portion of the charge.

I got a newsletter from 5 factor-----Had one of the worst suggestions I've ever heard. It was saying to microwave most of your food that you cook. I am a doctor and know that microwaved food is terrible. People should avoid using their microwave as often as they can.


I have done this 5 factor diet for the past 4 weeks and so far the results are great. i have lost 12 lbs.


With Atkins you can lose a pound a day...but you have to be willing to do it for the rest of your life


If it is only meant to last for 5-weeks, why is the online plan for 13?
