3, 2, 1 Get Your Body Back is a workout DVD featuring the identical Dahm triplets. This DVD is targeted at new moms that want to get their body back after giving birth. This DVD can also help you if you’ve gained some holiday pounds or simply want to get back into shape. The DVD is broken down into the warm-up, cool-down and three different segments. There is also a bonus section called Bye Bye Belly that focuses on the abs. Each of the Dahm triplets handles a different segment of the workout. You can choose to do just one section with the warm up and cool down, or opt for completing all three sections. Each section is only 10 minutes offering you a maximum workout in a short amount of time. The sisters Erica, Nicole and Jaclyn each have a daughter under the age of one, and they all share the moves that helped them rebound back to their pre-pregnancy body. The DVD features popular aerobics moves from the 80s while the ladies all wear retro workout gear to keep the theme going.
