Akavar

Claims that you can eat all you want and still lose weight.

Top Rated Diet Pills of 2024
BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

Akavar 20/50 is a European weight loss pill that has achieved much success. It has made its move to the U.S. seeking the same. Akavar boasts that it is the ultimate fat cure and that you'll see the results you seek without any diet restrictions or inclusion of exercise.

Akavar is designed to restrict your daily caloric intake to less than normal. Without those calories that your body requires for energy, you'll start to use your fat reserves. This will of course cause you to lose weight and inches. However, you'll immediately gain back that weight should you stop using Akavar. The website offers little-to-know information about the product leaving open many questions about the supplement.

Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?

PROPRO
  • Promotes eating all you like and still seeing weight loss
  • Reduces urge to overeat
  • Do not have to count calories
  • Won't feel hungry
CONCON

Akavar 20/50 leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the more concerning details include:

  • Promotes a lifestyle without exercise and healthy diet
  • No FDA approval
  • Web site offers very little information
  • No published clinical research
  • Does not publish ingredients
  • Contains caffeine
INGREDIENTSINGREDIENTS

It takes a lot of research to find what is inside those little Akavar tablets, as the product's website bypasses any discussion. Akavar includes many caffeine sources including xanthine and green tea leaf. Other ingredients include yerba mate, guarana seed, ginger root, kola nut, Tibetan ginseng, cocoa nut, rice flour, yellow no. 6, red no. 3 and Gelatin, among many others.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

Akavar 20/50 leaves a lot of open questions- which really leads to concerns about both the product's effectiveness and impact on the body. With so many diet pills and supplements on the market, it is important for manufacturers to paint a detailed picture of the product to help consumers make the most educated decisions. Many diet pills and supplements provide all of the information that Akavar seems to have conveniently left out. It is also a little misleading that without diet and exercise you can still lose weight. Anyone who has ever committed to losing weight knows that without important changes to diet and exercise, results are often not achieved.

This is my 2nd bottle. On the first, I did not loose any weight. One thing I like about this pill is as I am doing grave yard shift it help me keep awake and gives me lot of energy. Before even though how much I sleep during the day time it was difficult to keep awake at night. Sometime it was difficult to drive back home as I used to feel so sleepy. On this pill it?s like I am always active. When I bought 2nd bottle I decided to change my habit little bit. Now I will take 2 pills as soon I wake up and after 15 minutes I will eat. In between I would drink Hollywood diet juice. I am not fasting but drinking like any regular soda. Not finishing in 2 days but whole week. 15 minutes before lunch at work I take another 2 pills. I started doing some sit up at home and than I saw the result. In a week I lost 5 pounds and still loosing and feeling good. I am not drinking the diet juice all the time but every other week or once a month. This pill will not work if you keep eating junk food every hour. Some afford has to come from us. NO pill is miracle. And no body is same.

I don't know if I like the pills yet. I am on my sencond day and I have taken them when I am supposed to with the water and have waited...exactly the way they say. I feel crappy...very jettery...more than drinking 2 cups of coffee and even drinking 3 cans of MT. DEW which I have done plenty of times. I am kind of nausious. Well not kind of I am...as I type. I have the heartburn as well. I am also not in a very good mood. I don't know if it is just one of those days or what. I am generally a happy person and I rarely ever have bad mood days. But today is not good at all. I don't have a scale so I can't tell you if I loose weight or what not...I will give it a day or two more. And maybe only take 1 pill instead of 2 and see how that goes. But I don't like feeling like this. I also keep getting hot flashes here and there. And I'm only 23 so thats not normal...I don't know. Well see. I am hopefull, but I won't go through the side affects for weight loss.

I started taking Akavar 4 days ago. On the first day I had a mild headache, I could not finish what was on my plate at supper and two bites of ice cream was all that I could get through in the evening. Sleep that night did not happen. Day 2 the headache was gone, I cut back on coffee consumption to 1/2 cup and sleep returned. On the third day I began to feel more energized. On the evening of the third day I had a glass of wine and would caution anyone who may have a cocktail or two to be careful, I became quite inebriated with that one glass of wine, I believe it is because of the small amount of food intake I had during the day. Day four there is no weight loss showing on the scale however my face, hands and feet are looking have undergone a slight change. One chin seems to fading away. I am a female age 50, 140 lbs using Akavar to help me learn not to load my plate and and to assist me with triggering movement - to get off my hind quarters and move about. I think we should all remember that we should lose weight gradually. Weight gain happened over a long period of time so you cannot expect to lose your excess weight overnight. Slow, steady weight loss helps your body adjust to the amount of food you are eating. Don't look at this being a magic pill - I think it should be used a tool to motivate and assist us in getting started to achieve the results we are looking for: to be healthier, to be more energetic, wear smaller clothes, feel comfortable in a bathing suit, walk up stairs without losing breath, be able comfortably wear a seatbelt in the car, to fit into a theatre or airline seat. 2-5 pounds a month is a healthy amount of weight loss. A 10% weight loss is a good first goal. Whether or not you lose more, 5-10% weight loss is an important achievement! Good luck to each of you! PS Those under 18, please read the label it is not recommended for anyone under 18 (for obvious reasons there is alot of developmental needs and changes go on in your bodies - don't mess with that, or a couple of pounds won't be all of your worries!!!!

Hey Everyone..I'm 24 and weighed 195..Its only my 4th day and i noticed a change pretty quick..So anyone who wants an honest answer..Here it is.. I started taking Akavar 20/50 and about an hour or 2 after taking it i did get a slight headache and feel a little dizzy. However i hadn't eaten dinner, so i figured i'd have a few carrots..After the 3rd baby carrot i felt like i couldnt eat anymore! Weird i tell you.. So what i started doing was anytime i felt hungry i would drink 16 oz of water! Drinking lots of water helps a TON!! I tell you if you take this pill and watch what you eat somewhat and work out maybe 10-15 min you will see a MAJOR difference!! IT works!! I lost 5 pounds in the first 2 days and a total of 8 thus far..No lie! Just stay focused and believe...Good Luck to Everyone..I'll post back in 1 week!! ;)

Wow, a little nervous here. There have been comments on using the bathroom. Due to all the water in-take or is it bowel movement? I'm 43 and have always weighed 120. Have two girls and with in a month of their births was back down to 120. Since I hit 41 I find I don't have the energy I used to. Doesn't help I have a sit on my butt all day job. Thankfully, it's not my butt, it's my gut. I do need more exercise but I just can't lose this belly. Am going to try Akavar. I've never had to watch what I eat, and I do now and it's hard undoing 41 years of eating whatever. I am 5'2" and am at 144. I'll keep in touch on any results I may or may not have. Starting them 03/17.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS FOR ABOUT A WEEK NOW AND I HAVE LOST 6 LBS. I HAVE ALSO BEEN TAKING THE INTERNAL FLUSH AS WELL AND IT HAS BEEN HELPING. I TAKE IT AT NIGHT AND WHEN I WAKE UP I WAIT ABOUT AN HOUR OR TWO THEN I TAKE AKAVAR 20/50 AND I HAVE KNOWN A DIFFERENCE IN MY HUNGER. I THEN TAKE ANOTHER ONE IN THE AFTERNOON ABOUT 3 OR 4 AND I HAVE NOT REALLY EXCERCISED BUT WILL START DOING THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

After reading all of this I think I will not try Akavar. For those of you having "heartburn" issues, try taking about 1 ounce of natural, raw, unpastuerized apple cider vinegar mixed with about 4 ounces of water daily. Cures heartburn and reflux naturally, and can actually assist in weight loss. Good luck all!

I have been on this pill for maybe 1 month or 2. after about 3weeks I was taking it I forgot to take them for 2 weeks, oops! before that happen I did notice a change. I wasn't as hungry as I usually am and I did feel like I was loosing the wieght or at least inches. I ate normally, and did not change my routines in my day. I am an active person always on the go, so that helps alot too. but back to what i was saying about when I forgot to take them, I gain the weight back and some more. : ( I didn't realize why it was happening, until i read this website. I think just like any other weightloss pill It Doesnt' always work for everyone. It depends on how your body works. I believe that this is for people who are already active in their daily lives with some excerise, it's not the pills fault that your not losing anything but the people who made it that did not give enough info on the product. thats my opinion. But I do agree that they did lie on how it works. I haven't had any problems with it besides when not taking it so i am going keep taking it and see where it takes me.

ok so i bought akavar last night because of frustration due to exercising all the time and not loosing weight and for some reason i only get hungry at night after i do 2 miles on the treadmill. so i am gonna continue to exercise and also take this product but i think im gonna start out with 1 pill because im not used to caffine. i hope that it will curb my nightly appitite and help me see some results cause at this point i feel like giving up because im working so hard and have seen no results. i will stay posted

I have begun my first bottle and probably would not have done so had I previously read the comments. I have truly tried everything, except surgery, which I have also considered. I am sixty years old and have a lifelong weight problem. Currently I am 75 pound overweight. Prior to this, I tried Alli, but I saw no positive effects. My only weight loss recently was the result of the flu. I will finish at least this bottle of Akavar, probably limiting to two pills a day because of the excess caffeine. I am hoping that the Akavar will curb my tremendous appetite.
