A weight loss surgery patient prepares a variation of this Weight Watchers Core banana bread recipe. This recipe uses oatmeal, which is a great source of fiber.
2 cup oats
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup splenda
Mash bananas in a plate with splenda. Mix dry ingredients and then wet. Spray 8x8 dish with pam and pour in mixture. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.Flag this Video
