Weight Watchers Core Banana Bread

A weight loss surgery patient prepares a variation of this Weight Watchers Core banana bread recipe. Banana Bread 2 c. oats 1 and 1/2 t. baking powder 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. nutmeg 1/2 t. cinnamon 2 eggs 1 c. skim milk 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1/4 c. splenda Mash bananas in a plate with splenda. Mix dry ingredients and then wet. Spray 8x8 dish with pam and pour in mixture. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.

I baked in a muffin tin. I made 10 and baked about 25 minutes. I also added chips. It's good!
