Week 5 Courtney's Summer Challenge
Do 100 squats each day this week. The burn is worth it!
Last week we turned you in to some health-conscious foodies by asking you swap your sweetener for Truvia! You guys came back with some great recipes, but this week, we're gonna really make you work for it.
Week 5 Challenge: 100 Squats per Day!
We did this last summer, but Courtney's upping the ante with her challenge to do 100 squats each day. EACH day! She says after this challenge last year her butt, quads, and hamstrings were on fire, but everything felt tighter. Totally worth it!
Her advice? Split them up throughout the day. Do 25 four times a day, or two sets of 50, or 10 here and there whenever you've got a few minutes to kill.
