Tracey Mallett's Bikini Body Circuit
Work your body head to toe to get in shape for summer.
This circuit workout, designed by our resident fitness expert Tracey Mallett will have you feeling great from head to toe, as well as confident enough to don your bikini this summer.
You can do this workout anywhere you've got Internet and space to move - be at home, the office, or hotel. And, it doesn't require any equipment.
Watch the video and follow these instructions:
- Lunge, Squat side leg lift 8-10 on each leg
- Squat and side leg lift 8-10 alternating
- Footballer cardio Interval 30-60 seconds
- Side Plank Lift 1 x 8 and 1 x8 small pulses for extra burn
Repeat the circuit two more times for extra calorie burn.Flag this Video
