an update since my first post . i did hear back and have seen a suitable increase in vegetables . the food is usually great tasting (had only one meal that wasn't edible) and i've had no problems with delivery. posted Apr 16th, 2009 6:54 pm

i've been on this fresh diet delivery program for two weeks. I just recently learned that fruits and veggies are a part of the zone diet, which this service claims to provide., however fruits and veggies come only in miniscule portions, more like a garnish. the food label will often not match the food you actually get and portion sizes vary from day to day depending on who packs the food. you won't get a response if you ask for help. and they talked me into a three month stint paid for in advance.
