Stacey Hawkins Medifast Lean & Green Asian Shrimp Stir Fry

This video shows video teaches how to make a great tasting and easy to prepare Asian shrimp stir fry. It also adheres to stage one of the Medifast program.

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen Stir-fry vegetables
1 pound cooked frozen shrimp
1 tablespoon roasted garlic oil (or cooking oil of your choice)
Asian salad spritzer
Dash of soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in wok.
2. Add vegetables.
3. Cook for about 2 minutes, until their defrosted.
4. Add shrimp.
5. Add dash of soy sauce and Medifast-approved Asian salad spritzer.
6. Cook until warm and enjoy!
