Stacey Hawkins Medifast Lean & Green Asian Shrimp Stir Fry

Stacey Hawkins, the New York Metro's Time Savor Gourmet matches her culinary skills with a new approach- to become the "Queen of Lean and Green." This video shows video teaches how to make a great tasting and easy to prepare Asian shrimp stir fry. It also adheres to stage one of the Medifast program.

She recommends always keeping the kitchen stocked with healthy foods that you can depend on for meals like this one.

Ingredients:

1 bag frozen Stir-fry vegetables
1 pound cooked frozen shrimp
1 tablespoon roasted garlic oil (or cooking oil of your choice)
Asian salad spritzer
Dash of soy sauce


Instructions:
1. Heat oil in wok.
2. Add vegetables.
3. Cook for about 2 minutes, until their defrosted.
4. Add shrimp.
5. Add dash of soy sauce and Medifast-approved Asian salad spritzer.
6. Cook until warm and enjoy!
