Running Extends Life Span
Runners are healthier and live longer.
A 20-year study with Dr. Sanjay Gupta shows that running can extend your life span, promote better health. Following runners over the past two decades, they did not have increased injuries like knee replacements, and they delay the onset of disabilities by about 12 years.
