This Olympic athlete introduces a pop-challenge to the contestants.

While visiting the U.S. Olympic Training Center, the Biggest Loser contestants have a chance to meet J.R. Celski, a short track speed skater and member of the 2010 U.S. Winter Olympic Team. He offers words of encouragement, and shows them how to use the slide board for their pop-challenge.
