I'm following the same program. I get a health coach for free and have lost over 170 lbs and kept if off for over 1 1/2 years. I met Genie at a Take Shape for Life convention and she looks great!

I've met Genie and she looks great. I'm following the same Medifast program with the help of a health coach through Take Shape for Life. I've lost over 170 lbs and kept it off for over 1 1/2 yrs.

PORTIA

I am following Medifast for approx 1.5 months. I started at 201# and now I am 188#. This diet works best w/ exercise of course. I like having the freedom 2 eat (1) meal/day.
