I wear the GowearFit, also by BodyMedia (just like the Bodybugg) and love it. The equipment isn't cheap, but it is good. The Bodbugg is marketed at gyms (specifically 24 Hour gyms), while the GowearFit is geared toward individuals. There's a nice comparison of the products at Gowear just started letting users log all meals and calories. Very simple interface and GREAT information. It really helps.
