Biggest Loser Season 11 Episode 9 Recap

In episode nine of The Biggest Loser season 11, all the contestants get to go home for a week. This has both major pros and cons. The contestants are all thrilled to see their families and friends, but they will also have to face a variety of distractions and temptations.

After returning to the ranch, the contestants face the same challenge they did in the first episode: they must run a five kilometer race and the winners get to pick their trainers. However, this time they must run the entire race themselves, and do not have a teammate to share the distance with. Arthur loses the race and ends up on the red team with Cara and Brett, meaning that he will be the first to be voted off if they lose the weigh in. Ultimately, the black team pulls way ahead of the red team and Arthur accepts that he will be voted to go home.
