Mark asks Deni about the experience of going on The Biggest Loser with her daughter. Sarah talks about how The Biggest Loser gave her a special chance to spend some one-on-one time with her mom.

Deni says there's no big secret to how she was able to lose the weight: it was just diet and exercise. She makes healthy choices everyday, and found a lifestyle that sustainable.

Lastly, Mark asks Sarah about her recent discovery of mixed martial arts.
