Apples, sushi, hummus and veggies, brussels sprouts.

Alcohol.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel and look sexy again.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Planning what I'm going to eat the night before.
  • Drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day, no exceptions.
  • Chewing sugar free gum when I get a craving for anything.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Running on the treadmill, free weights.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Getting my Bachelor's of Science in 2008
