I am 71 years old, and fifty
to sixty pounds overweight.
I have high blood pressure,
and high cholesteral.
I do exercise, but losing weight
is very hard.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • eating healthy
  • break the habit of emotional eating

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

the last five years, mostly
since I retired.

My favorite healthy food:

fruit, yogurt, vegetables.

My guiltiest pleasure:

potatoe chips, pop corn,
diet soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I am tired of spending money
on prescriptions, and I want
to have more energy
