About Me:

I am a middle P.E. teacher. I had to have surgery on my wrist for torn ligament and I am currently in rehab. I would like to loose about 20 lbs and get my strength back that I have lost over the last 10 months due to my injury.I have been walking 6 days a week approx. 5 miles a day but not able to do upper body. My mom and I love your show and it motivates me to see how much stronger they get and how strong I use to be. I was very outgoing when I was not hurt. I cut my own wood for our winter heat and alot of other physical things.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • loose 20 lbs.
  • gain my upper body strength back
  • work on lower back

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

the past couple years. I am up and down because I also coach and it is very hard at times to fit a workout or diet that is healthy.

My favorite healthy food:

broccali
carrots
salads

My guiltiest pleasure:

sweet tea
candy bars
soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

your show and I am not getting any younger and I know how important it is the older we get to be health and harder it is to recover from injurys

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • walking
  • physical labor

My favorite activity at the gym is:

lifting weights

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • walking and staying with it
