About Me:

I weigh 300+ pounds and feel miserable everyday. All this extra weight is hard to carry around. I need help and have NO support group at home.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • I want to be a much healthier and happy person.
  • I want to learn how to take the weight off and keep it off for the rest of my life.
  • I just want to love myself because I'm not real happy with the way I am right now.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I haven't been comfortable with my weight since I was in High school. It's been 20 Years.

My favorite healthy food:

yogurt, almost all fruits, Lettuce,spinach

My guiltiest pleasure:

where should I start...Fudge Brownies, Candy, Potato Chips, dips, Fast Food, Diet Soda anything with melted cheese or chocolate and carmel.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be healthy and feel good about myself again. Also my father has a lot of medical problems that I don't want to inherit.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Trying to drink water instead of soda.
  • I really don't know what works for me or I would be doing it.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I like to do the cardio and muscle toning.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • I don't have any accomplishments because I am so insecure about my weight that I hate to try out for anything for fear of being judge for being so fat.
